It's been a while between posts...no internet at hotel...so here's a brief overview...
Arrived early Tuesday and once settled at our hotel, did a bus tour & of course as first time visitors were overawed...so much to see!
Was up very early this morning and had a good look at Trafalgar Square, Downing St and Whitehall. Then joined a walking tour of the guard change & afterwards went to the Royal Mews. We then enjoyed a river cruise...23 degree day in London...totally spoilt! It felt a lot hotter though, strange. Almost shorts weather by afternoon!
This afternoon was spent at Tower of London & a bit of shopping. Lots of walking today.
